Jeremy Stieber was born into an unloving and unkind family. he has also had asthma for as long as he can remember. Feeling the world as a hateful place, Jeremy feels the only way to survive is to be hateful back. When he suddenly gains the ability of super speed, it's up to his best friend, Ray, and girlfriend, Willow, to keep him on the right track.
